See the European Championships Finals Live in Scotland
The men’s and women’s finals of the Le Gruyère AOP European Curling Championships 2016 take place tomorrow (Saturday 26th November) at intu Braehead, Renfrewshire near Glasgow.
It’s the last day of major championship curling at the Arena which starts with Sweden v Russia, the Women’s Final at 10am. Russia saw off Scotland’s women by 11-6 in Friday afternoon’s semi final to secure their place in the Gold Medal game and Sweden beat the Czech Republic by 9-2 to complete the women’s line up.
The Men’s Final gets underway at 3pm with the defending European Champions Sweden taking on Norway. Sweden forged their way to the final with an 8-5 win over Russia in the semis while Norway beat Switzerland 7-4.
Tickets are available from the intu Braehead Arena Box Office on arrival and are £30 Full Price and £22.50 Junior (16 years and under). This is an All Day Ticket which gets you access to both finals (unreserved seating). Doors open at 9am.
