The Royal Caledonian Curling Club (RCCC) has recently developed a new strategic plan that sets out its aims and priorities for the next four years.  A key component of this is to develop the workforce of coaches, officials and volunteers that can help to deliver the aspirations of the sport.

The RCCC is seeking a person with competencies described in the job description and candidate specification document (below) that can lead the development of coaches, officials and volunteers.  This post holder will be a member of the development team of the RCCC.  This post is funded by sportscotland and will be part of their coaching network.
