Inclusive Curling Support

With the start of the season not too far away, and with planning for the new season well underway, it is time for me to ask you to think about your rink, your clubs, committees, and development groups, as to whether what you offer is inclusive, especially for new members coming through the door?

I have attached a couple of documents for you. One is an initial starting point which I would be grateful if you could share amongst your clubs and teams, committees, development groups and anyone else you feel would benefit from this, for them to think about where they are at, and where they could be.

In addition to this, I have attached 2 poster templates which can be used to advertise any disability specific sessions (e.g. wheelchair curling, VI curling) and an inclusive curling poster, which again can be amended accordingly. The more we can advertise these opportunities, the better, especially with the Paralympics later in the season.

As always, my door is always open if you do have any questions, I may be able to help you with.
