Ladies Day At The Peak

‘Ladies Day’ at the Peak was the first seminar of the new season supported by The Royal Caledonian Curling Club.

37 ladies took part in a variety of on-ice and off-ice activities that covered delivery, video analysis, sweeping and strategy & tactics.

Amongst the coaching team were Hannah Fleming & Lauren Gray who had taken time out from their busy schedules to support the event. Lauren & Hannah gave an insight to their performance training and of the emotional buzz that winning championships can bring.
