Skill Awards Training (for coaches and assessors)

This 1 hour workshop will take coaches and assessors through the newly designed Skill Awards. Coaches and assessors will be taken through what improvements have been made, the structure of each of the four levels, the modules and the assessments.  Particular attention will be given to how to guide participants through the levels, how to assess the practical elements of the Skill Awards and navigation of the web progressive app used for the Skill Awards programme .
