Umpire Refresher Day 2019

This will be the 10th year of the annual Umpire Refresher Day.  It will held at Lanarkshire Ice Rink in Hamilton on Saturday 14 September from 10am – 4pm and promises to be another great event.

As well as updates from WCF and other areas of Officiating there will be quizzes, safeguarding training and your expertise as an umpire will be tested against real life situations!  The on ice theme is back and there will be plenty of time and ways to practice measuring.

Our guest speaker this year is Olympic Hockey umpire Sarah Wilson who will talk about life in the fast line and how she graduated from elite player at a young age to an internationally recognised umpire.

Come along and enjoy the day with your peers and share your experiences over the last season and what you are looking forward to for the coming year.
