Scottish Curling are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our team as Development Manager for North East Scotland and help our sport retain and grow its membership.
It’s an exciting time at Scottish Curling as we move through our four-year strategy term ‘Sweeping Change: The Future of Curling’ – and you can be an integral part of it. We are recruiting a Development Manager for North East Scotland (Inverness, Moray, Aberdeen, Forfar, Dundee, Aviemore, Perth and Kinross) with responsibility of key areas from the strategic plan as and when required, to work in partnership with clubs, ice rinks, and other partners to deliver on the pillars of the strategic plan to build thriving curling communities and increase participation in the sport of curling.
The ability to build relationships with our stakeholders and partners, excellent leadership, communication, and negotiating skills are a must as well as the ability to enthuse and motivate others.
