Head of Coaching – Curling
Salary: Commensurate with Role and experience
Based at the sportscotland institute of sport (Stirling)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the sportscotland institute of sport inviting applications for the Head of Coaching of the Scottish and British programme (Men’s, and Women’s). The Head of Coaching will lead on curler and coach development across all levels of the Scottish and British Curling from Podium to Academy leading to Olympic success in 2018 and beyond. This will include providing clear technical direction to all programme levels.
You will have experience of coaching at the World competition level along with demonstrable strong curling technical knowledge. It will be important that the successful candidate has very good influencing skills built around trust and respect as this they will be a significant leader within the programme.
If you think you have what it takes to be a key person within the overall team to deliver medal success at the 2018 Olympics and develop the Scottish and British programmes to ensure sustained success at Olympic and World level post 2018, then we welcome an application from you.
