Asham Under 17 Slam Series Entry Form

| The Under 17 Slam Series comprises of five events which are each two days long. Each game in the Under 17 slam series will be 6 ends. Any team can enter and gather points at each event, with their best three results contributing to their final leaderboard ranking. There are prizes for the boys, girls and Mixed teams, and competition will be fierce for the overall top spot which affords ALL members of the winning team an automatic place in the Scottish Curling Academy programme in the 2025/2026 season. |

| Eligibility | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| – Teams can be male, female or mixed. – All team members must be less than 17 years of age by the end of the 30th day of June of the year in which the first Under 17 slam is due to take place. – All team members must be members of Scottish Curling, with the exception of international entries. |

Places are restricted for each event and will be confirmed by Scottish Curling after the closing date for entries. NOTE: As you will be required to pay a deposit of £75 per team per slam upon submission of the entry. *Please remember to enter all slams you would like to play in* |

There is no restriction to the number of competitions you can enter.**Each slam will close earlier if the maximum numbers have been reached before the closing date noted above – If you wish to be placed onto the reserve list for any competitions already closed please email – competitions@scottishcurling.org with the slam that you are unable to enter. |

| Points | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Points will be earned from the team’s best three competitions. Where two or more teams are tied at the end of the season the below rules will apply to determine a ranking:

| Prizes | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Prizes will be awarded to: High Road Winners and Runners up (Asham provided) Low Road Winners and Runners up (Host venue provided)Overall Season Prizes: The team with the greatest number of points amassed from their best 3 events will win the overall Asham Slam Series Prize.
International teams are eligible for prizes at individual slams but will not earn any points for the overall prize and leaderboard. |

| Code of Conduct | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This event is covered by the Scottish Curling Codes of Conduct for players and their associates (coaches, parents and supporters) as well as the rules of the game and of the competition. By entering a team and completing this online form the team and all their associates agree to abide and be bound by them. The Code of Conduct can be found in Rules of the Game. Any breaches of the Code of Conduct may be dealt with under the Scottish Curling disciplinary procedures and guidelines. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| All entrants shall be deemed to have made themselves familiar with and agreed to be bound by the Anti-Doping Rules of Scottish Curling and to submit to the authority of UK Anti-Doping in the application and enforcement of the Anti-Doping Rules. The Anti-Doping Rules of Scottish Curling apply to entrants participating in the sport of Curling, for 12 months from the date of entry, whether or not the entrant is a citizen of, or resident in, the UK.
