Season 2026 – 27 Entry Fee Refund Policy

The following refund policy will apply to all Scottish Curling events in the 2026 – 27 season.

The key points of the policy are as follows:

• Full refunds of entry fees are available up to 5pm on entry form CLOSING DATE.
• A 50% entry fee refund will be available to teams who withdraw 8 weeks prior to competition START DATE.  Scottish Curling are unable to offer refunds after this time date due to contractual ice booking obligations with host ice rinks.
• If, for any reason, a competition is cancelled by Scottish Curling a full refund of entry fees will be available to all teams.

Members should consult the relevant entry form to find details of the closing dates.

If a team wishes to withdraw their entry, they should email Scottish Curling on: competitions@scottishcurling.org and put their withdrawal in writing.

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated where necessary.
