Graeme Adam leaves the RCCC Board.

Graeme Adam has resigned as a director from the Board of the Royal Caledonian Curling Club.  Graeme was elected onto the board in June 2016 and has been active in the workings of the board, bringing insight to the organisation through his personal experience as a player, coach and historian.  Rob Niven, RCCC chairman said, “I would like to thank Graeme for his contribution these last two years, he has has been a valued member of the board and I am sure we will continue to seek his advice.  I am delighted that he will continue as a Trustee on the Scottish Curling Trust where his energy and knowledge of the sport is greatly valued.”

The vacancy arises outwith the prescribed schedule, so in accordance with the Articles, the board will coopt a director after the AGM in June 2018 to fill the vacancy for one year, during which period a new director will be sought through the normal process.
