We’re on the hunt for a Development Manager – South West Scotland & Strategic Safeguarding Lead. You’ll be at the heart of growing the game, working hand-in-hand with clubs, ice rinks, and community partners to bring our strategic pillars to life — building vibrant curling communities and boosting participation across the region.

We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual who thrives on building relationships, leading with vision, and inspiring others. You’ll need top-notch communication, leadership, and negotiation skills — and a genuine passion for making a difference in grassroots sport.
