Successful First Disability Try Curling Festival

The first of two Disability Try Curling Festivals took place on Thursday 17th March in Stranraer at North West Castle Hotel.

Having put the word out to local disability groups and contacts as well as sharing the opportunity via the curling community and the Scottish Wheelchair Curling Association, 10 new potential curlers were welcomed along to the festival.

A huge thank you to the volunteer coaches who supported the event, and shared their knowledge and passion with the participants.
