Transformational Leadership in Coaching
In this workshop we will discuss various leadership styles that can be applied to coaching. We will be taking a closer look at transformational leadership; a transformational leader is someone who inspires, empowers and challenges others to go further than what they believe they are capable of. Coaches will be given the opportunity to learn more about this coaching style and how to implement this into their own practice.
